4 weeks Intensive course: (4 hours a day, 20 hours a week) + 3 months
Internship
Required level for beginning this program is Intermediate I ( B1
Threshold). In 4 weeks intensive course students get a higher level,
Intermediate II (B1-C1 Vantage). This level is
enough to work with Spaniards together and understand people at work.
Of course if a student does not have the required level B1 he/she may take
for a longer period of time.
Work experience: We offer qualified and not qualified Work- experience:
Qualified work: consists of three months in a
Spanish enterprise.
This program is created for people who have finished their studies or for
students who really want to work in Spanish enterprises working in the field
they are interested in.
CENP experience is that an Internship should not be for a shorter period than
tree months to take full advantage and be useful to the student.
Enrolment procedure:
The enrolment form minimum 8 weeks before the course starts. Please specify
period and area/field you want the internship. Once we receive your application
you will be sent a copy of our test level to determinate your level of written
Spanish. If necessary we will also conduct a telephone interview
If the level of Spanish meets the required level (B1), we need him to send
the following documents:
- CV in Spanish with photo
- Copy of his/her highest educational degree received and other pertinent
certificates.
- It would be recommended a letter from subject professor, relevant to the
field of interest or from Previous Employers, in order to enrich your
application.
- A copy of a valid health/accident insurance policy covering the stay in
Spain.
CENP will sign an agreement between the student as pratica-worker and the
enterprise (we are liable for the student in front of the hiring company/ies
).
When CENP receives the applicant´s CV, the process of finding the adequate
enterprise for him for her commences. On the third week of the course the
student will be given the name/s and details of the company/ies, that have
offered him a position. It will be the student´s decision , in the case of more
than one offer, to choose according to his preference.
After the course students take a test in order to get the certificate from
the school and once they complete the internship students receive a certificate
from the enterprise and if they wish a report with
comments.
Students normally don´t receive any money but they may receive a "symbolic
Salary" or a present.
Not Qualified Work experience:
For people who just to want practise Spanish among Spaniards. A four- week
intensive Spanish course and a minimum 4 weeks Internship. The common fields to
do the practica are Organizaciones no gubernamentales, tourism, Restaurants,
cafés, ...
We require the enrolment form 8 weeks before the course starts with the
studen´s CV.
The most important thing is the personal Interview so both, student and
enterprise can make an informed decision.
This program takes place in our centre in Madrid.
